As 2020 approached, as many people, I took a look at my life and tried to focus on an area for a resolution. Let me start by saying, that I have a great life. My family is healthy and happy. I have a job I love and a close knit group of friends. But like most people my age, there are areas of my life that I am not all that thrilled with, mainly my physical wellness and my seeming lack of time. Scrolling through my mental list of possible resolutions, it was overwhelming to think about trying to commit to one or two for the whole year. That's when my idea hit... one month at a time. Throughout 2020, each month, I will make two resolutions: one addition and one subtraction. For January, I have decided to subtract alcohol and add a daily yoga practice.
